• Affogato Service: Espresso poured over fresh scooped Gelato (Client's choice of gelato flavor(s). "Affogato" means "drowned" in Italian. A classic, sophisticated dessert.


• Artisan Iced Tea Service: We cold brew a variety of Herbal and Black Teas for a minimum of 14 hours for your service. Popular choices include: English Breakfast, Blood Orange, Moroccan Mint, Iced Chai Tea, and more. We can include flavored syrups for the "Teatail" Experience.


• Cold Brewed Coffee Catering: Offered as either drop off service or with an attendant, we've been cold brewing our iced coffee for 14+ years. The process removes acidity and leaves a delicious yet highly caffeinated drink. We got rave reviews of our Cold Brew for years at our Orange Truck, find out why. • Frozen Lemonade Bar: We love classic Americana, and nothing says that more than a Frozen Lemonade at a County Fair. We step it up and offer a product that is more tart than sweet, including four different flavors. We can customize the menu to include our ever popular Frozen Lavender Lemonade, Habanero Lime Lemonade, and more. Click HERE for more information.

• Fresh Pastry Service: Fresh Baked Pastries, Tarts, Cookies, and more from our select local bakeries.
  

• Acai "Build A Bowl" Catering: Build your own Acai bowls. We supply pre-scooped Acai servings, ready  for your guests' favorite toppings.


• Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice Stations: We use local oranges (in season) direct from farmers we know at the Farmers' Market and bring our own citrus juicers to prepare fresh squeezed Orange Juice on site. We can offer this service with an attendant, or, if preferred, "Self-Squeezed."

• ​Caffeinated Cereal: As featured on San Diego Fox News, we supply a range of fun breakfast cereal, with a caffeinated twist. Think "Mocha Puffs," "Honey Nut Coffee-O's," & more. An Iced Latte infuses each serving for a surprisingly delicious- and caffeinated breakfast option! 

• Continental Breakfast Catering: Pastry Platters, Greek Yogurt Cups, Fresh Fruit (Local whenever possible).


• "Build Your Own Brownie" Bar:  We continue to offer this fun service for events- great for Team Building at work (or for a fabulous home party). We bring all the fixings to customize your own "Perfect" brownie. Too much of a good thing is.... delicious.
